Storyboard

In order for our group to develop our treatment and plan out what we want to include in our music video, we produced a storyboard for us to follow whilst filming, and for us to see what our music video will look like in frame versions. We each played an important role whilst producing the storyboard, so we could all participate and experience the steps of creating a storyboard. The benefits of creating and using a storyboard are that we can use it to collect the suitable footage that we need to make our music video look professional. I firstly took the role of illustrator for the storyboard, as I am experienced with sketching out ideas and concepts, with Beth writing out the information for each frame such as mise en scene, timing and camerawork, and Sam and Josh playing through the song and helping with ideas and concepts for each frame in order for me to create small sketches. Altogether, we crated our storyboard on A4 paper, and completed 125 frames in order for us to clearly and carefully follow the storyboard and use it to create an accurate music video.
