Chosen Artist - The Puppeteers

 

After researching existing local music artists, as a group we have decided to choose The Puppeteers as our final artist, as we managed to successfully get in contact with them, and also got a positive reply from the group, stating we could use their music and would also enjoy in participating in the video we produce. The Puppeteers were also the main artist we wanted to work with, as I enjoy their organic covers and individual style of music, and the other members of my group also think similarly. Their music style completely respresents our chosen music genre which is Alternative Rock, which will help us when producing our music video. Below are some of the videos, images and audio clips that have been uploaded by The Puppeteers to show some examples of their work and their style of music.

 

We have also given their songs a listen on Soundcloud.com, and after having a conversation with the other members of my media group, we all took a vote on our favourite song that they have created, and all four of us chose the song called 'Blaring Out The Sun'. This song would also be very creative to produce a video for, which is another reason why we chose to use that song out of the other three.
